CNC Machining HOMAG Edgebander

One of the most time consuming and labor intensive tasks in this business is the application of banding, edge banding to the edges of cabinet doors, and case parts. This can be either plastic laminate, thick or thin PVC, polyester, or wood and wood veneers.

Each piece must be applied to a single side at a time, then properly trimmed, with the perpendicular edged made ready for application of the remaining bandings.....very tedious hand work. unless you've got one of these...
